Hi, I’m Harry.
I was educated in the United Kingdom, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham. During my studies, I was awarded the Integrity in Accounting title by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
After university, I went into corporate accounting and provided bookkeeping services for small businesses in the UK while simultaneously working towards becoming a Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA. The internationally renowned professional organization focuses on the management and strategic side of accounting within organizations, essentially training CFOs.
I’ve had the privilege of advising large corporations with revenues ranging from $200 million to $30 billion. But after years of working in the corporate world, I realized there was a need for an accounting practice that offered the same level of insight and support but with a personal touch and a more flexible, client-focused approach.
That’s why, when I settled in the Bow Valley, I founded Launchbury Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions.
I believe accounting doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. My goal is to give you the clarity and confidence you need to make smarter decisions using your finances. I work closely with each of my clients, taking the time to explain the numbers in a way that makes sense, without jargon or judgment. Every business, corporation, nonprofit, and charity I partner with gets my full attention and the expertise they deserve.
